Customer service was great but delivery was not. They took long to ship us our king bed set then when they finally delivered it the dresser was punctured from the bottom really bad so they were going return it. I was annoyed but not as much. Then they forgot screws for the bed so said they would return and when they finally did they said screws were not there so we have to wait till tomorrow or 2 days later. Feels like my time was wasted.

I took my sister because she was in need of a stove and washing machine.as soon as we walked into the store Bruce the salesman approached is and remembered me from a different purchase I had made. He was awesome extremely knowledgeable and helpful made the purchase easy andanageable. Great attention and service. Thank you very much.

Yesterday was my first time going to conn’s and let me tell you that the service they give you as soon as you I walked in was magnificent! They helped and explained to me every little detail there is before you buy, also I loved how they explain your contracts to you before you sign, that way there isn’t any surprises or anything. They were here helpful in what I wanted. I ended up leaving with a living room set and some electronics! Excellent service! Will definitely go back!
