Let me start out with saying this business is the worst business ever in the history of Laredo. They reel you in with everything you want to hear so they can make the sell and then the real roller coaster begins. We purchased a tombstone from this buisness paid in full and we were promised that from the date we paid in full it would take three weeks for the tombstone to be ready and installed. Till this day it has been 4 months and we still don’t have the item. The story they keep on telling us is that the item is coming from Canada and that it has been route for four months. OMG I can’t believe that a product from Canada is on route for 4 months already and still hasn’t arrived in Laredo. We keep on asking the owner about a tracking number or an invoice number and she says that she doesn’t have one. What business charges you four thousand dollars and can’t provide a tracking or invoice number because according to her they don’t give her one. We have asked her for the information of the company in Canada and she says that customers can not call for information. We started to ask around in the cemetery for references for this business and everybody has had the same headaches with this Lady. I wish we had known the type of business they are running before paying so much money. We have heard from people that they have taken up to a year before there item has been installed. This is just a plain nightmare especially after you have gone through a very hard experience after losing a loved one. I’ll will keep insisting on getting a truthful answer from this lady because everything she had told us are a bunch of lies and ridiculous excuses. Be very aware what you buy from this business because they are very unprofessional and very unorganized. They need to be honest with customers and let them know the real facts and not lies just to sell their product.
Very slow with no communication at all. It took 2 years to get the headstone we ordered, and the shop is always closed when you go there. Every time I would call I was hung up on.
We ordered a headstone for my mom, every time we call no one answers. When someone answers they tell you they are busy, call back later. Growing up, this was the place to go. No longer the case. We should have chosen the one across the Catholic cemetery. Never again.
f I could have given this establishment negative stars, I would! Please note, this review is solely based on the poor customer service received, not the product. When my sister and I purchased a headstone for our father, we were told that it would be completed in 6 months. So, at the end of six months, I called to inquire on the status of my father's headstone. I spoke with the owner who informed me that it was taking a little longer for the headstone to be completed since we had requested my father's pic on the headstone. Approximately two months later, I called the store and spoke with the owner again. She asked me the same series of questions she had previously asked and again gave me the same explanation. Every time I called, she would ask me to call her back so she could look up my father's information. What kind of business asks a customer to call them back?! I would tell her I was calling from out of town and asked her to call me back, but she never would. It took a year to produce my father's headstone with the help of constant, incessant calls from my mother, sister and I (who knows how much longer it would have taken if we hadn't called?). We called numerous times and every time she would ask the same questions and seemed pretty clueless. If we hadn't paid half of the amount due, we would have canceled; however, there is a clause in the receipt stating that if you do cancel, you lose the \deposit.\ The service received was poor, and the owner is incompetent! Buyer beware!
