Overall, great customer service from the moment I arrived to the time I got discharged. The labor and delivery department for the most part has great staff that make you feel welcomed, comforting, and at home. My newborn was also in good hands, the safety and security of the department made me at ease as the cared for newborn. Lastly, it being a crazy panic of Covid, we faced no worries as the hospital had everything under control. Special thanks for the great service, support, and safety of my family from day one.

Very amazing experience during the labor and birth of my daughter. All hospital staff from beginning to end of this experience were amazing. I have to specifically thank my nurse Araceli and Claudia Chavez from L&D for such extraordinary care to me and for making me feel comfortable at all times. They were truly amazing. I have to most especially thank my doctor Dr. Enrique Benavides III for the amazing medical care provided to me in his clinic and at the hospital. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and superior medical care. Like I said, everyone was great and I would definitely recommend. Thank you ER department, L&D department, anesthesia department, mother-baby department, nursery, Dr. Fernando Sosa (pediatrician) and all staff for making our stay a very pleasant one.

I had excellent care! I felt so comfortable during my procedure. Excellent anesthesiologist I believe his name was Mike. I’ve always been scared of anesthesia and he made me feel so comfortable and safe. Dr. Liz Millán had a great partner “Eduardo” excellent guy explained everything with detailed. Never had this experience with my other pregnancies. God bless all of you guys!

Rated it a 1 because I couldn’t rate lower than that. My dad went after he was in a car accident. The nurses treated him really poorly and were extremely rude to him. The receptionist even closed the door on my moms face. What type of service is that?! To top it off, he was given really inconsistent results and contradictory to each other. The rooms were extremely dirty!!! Dirty gloves were on the floor, floors were dirty and nothing was sanitary. The room they were in had the chairs real torn up that they even had to change them out while my parents were in there. This hospital is an embarrassment and needs better management and staff!!! I mean, if you don’t have a passion for what you do, why even work there!! You need to treat patients as if they were your own family. You don’t need a degree to know that.

I flew from florida to come and check on my brother. He is in the ice for heart attack. He was in Laredo for work. I asked for his doctor's name and phone number, so I can ask him questions. The only reply I got is, we will tell him to call you. For the last 72 hours. My family members, which he is a cardiologist sergun tried as well. No communication what so ever. A jail house is a lot easier to get info about a family member. There service is awful.
