Note for drivers, park your truck in between the yellow lines over the street/ not in-front the gate if there’s a truck parked at the entrance. Figure out with the security guard before you pull in. In the way out/ Make a U turn inside the yard so you can have your truck straight. Take your time when backing up into the dock because it’s very tidy/ small place. Security guard is so nice guy/ be patience with him. Ppl inside/ some of them are rude, a few speaking English. Set in your truck for the unloading/ loading just to prevent the touch between yourself and them.

Always nice to deliver or pick up a load here. Everyone is friendly and efficient. It gets a little tight sometimes with trucks coming in and out the same gate. Would be wonderful if they had a separate exit to free up the congestion.
Congested outside,need to report with guard , ask for customer you are looking for,
For truckers , Always its full , take care before entering , the entrance is in the killam st. And the trafic its high ,first park nearby and ask before entering to the gate man . small yard take care for un-hook & park your trailer.
