This is my third time using Stewart Title company. I have had a positive experience every time.
This is a terrible company! We sold our house and we’re advised that the buyer was going to close in the morning as well. We made arrangements to move into our new house. It turns out, they had the buyer scheduled until 4:30, which did not allow us to get the keys to our new home for an additional day. Have to pay 200 extra for the Uhaul rental and 169 for the hotel, not to mention call all the utilities and movers to reschedule. Save yourselves the trouble and choose someone else as your title company.
Always professional and on time. Great facilities for closing real estate transactions.
