Everyone at Custom Mobility have always gone above and beyond to help me with my wheelchair needs. They have put together an excellent service department. Dawn and Dennis have always taken care of my service needs in a very professional and timely manner. From scheduling repairs in an emergency to ordering the correct parts that are needed to repair my wheelchair. English John and Chris have always done great repairs at my home on my wheelchairs and have gone that \extra step\ when necessary. Greg, the seating specialist, has always evaluated me and listened to me for both my seating and for wheelchair replacement needs which has helped to keep me comfortable. I have never met Moe in service, but he has always been able to repair the cane holder that I keep on bending :-). I know that there are names that I have forgotten, so I also want to thank them for everything that have kept me olling\ The people that I have mentioned by name are the ones that I deal with the most and I am sure that they sometimes get sick of me ( like me girlfriend does), but they continue to be pleasant ( just like my girlfriend ) so thank you and keep up the good work.

So glad I found Custom Mobility. They have helped me tremendously. They installed a lift so I could put my scooter in the back of my van. Got the scooter there also. The people there are very nice and helpful. The showroom is very nice. There also is a nice big waiting room which, before the virus quarantine was always stocked with crackers, chips, water and coffee.

Custom Mobility gets the highest marks I can give. They went above and beyond to help me get the wheelchair I need to retain my independence. I have a neuromuscular disease that is degenerative. After decades of slow progression and minor problems, I began to progress rapidly. I went from using a cane to using crutches to using a walker in only a few years. I eventually began tearing up my shoulder tendons and fracturing ribs. I needed to transition to a wheelchair. I had been trying with my doctor to get a wheelchair for almost 2 years. The bureaucracy, the daunting paperwork and the companies who only wanted a sale made this process a nightmare. Custom Mobility actually wanted to help me first and foremost. My doctor made and appointment for me at the university hospital’s Wheelchair Clinic. I met people from Custom Mobility and was immediately at ease. They understood what I was going through and what I would need to keep me independent and assist me in my daily activities. My wheelchair is also customized to help me with pain and to support my upper body. Best of all, I will be able to get out of the house when I need to or want to. I still can’t believe it is here. I also can’t figure out how they designed the back to support me perfectly and relieve pain. I rarely write reviews but in the case of Custom Mobility I had to. If I can prevent another person from going through the nightmare I went through before I met Custom Mobility then I will feel like I did something to help. Talk to Custom Mobility, meet with them. You will know if they are the right people for you. If you’ve been trying to get a wheelchair, you will know immediately they are the people you need to work with. I promised myself and Sean, the young man who helped me that the first thing I would do when the current emergency is resolved is see a movie. I’m looking forward to the popcorn … don’t tell my doctor.
