Todd Crawford is amazing. Took my baby girl in to buy her first car on her own and Todd delivered. He understood her financial situation and worked his butt off to get her numbers to where they needed to be. Rewrote paperwork to add more of a down payment so we could get her monthly payments to where she could afford them. I would give him 15/10 stars! Mike Rich in financing was awesome at explaining everything to her. Overall EXCELLENT experience! Would highly recommend Todd to all my friends and family

Dean was fantastic to work with! I was pretty nervous because it was my first time buying from a dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. They have false advertising for one. They had a car I wanted listed at 18,999 then when I went in there they wanted to charge me 21,700 for the vehicle. I showed them the add and they told me it's only if I qualify for all the rebates. I showed them that it says that nowhere on their site and they still wanted to charge me 21,700. I told the finance guy if that's the case they need to fix their advertising and his response was "no we won't because If we did that our customers would go to the competitors." I then asked the finance guy about a different vehicle and he told me they could get that one down to about 18,000, When I called later after leaving to make sure he was going to honor that before I went back down there he said "I never said that! What are you talking about?" They are a scam don't waste your time!

To Larry Miller Service Dept.: I signed my 2016 2500 Ram up for the (3) Oil Changes & Tire Rotations deal a couple days ago when I dropped it off for an oil change and have you check on a suspension warning. When I picked the vehicle up today I noticed that the tires were definitely not rotated. The service rep. agreed upon inspection and offered to have it done, however, I didn't have the time to wait for it. It's as simple as say what you're going to do and then do what you say. If there's a valid reason to not rotate the tires (there wasn't in this case in my mind) then please call and inform.. Also, the dash computer was left on the screen showing that 3% of my fuel filter life is remaining - it would have been great if you would have called and recommended I get the fuel filter's replaced since it was in the shop. Lastly, I recommend checking vehicle consoles, steering wheels etc. for grease and oil after a service. My console definitely got it..

Last week I went to get in my Jeep to run some basic errands. It wouldn’t start. I had no idea why. I take very good care of it! So I called Larry H Miller’s Jeep and repair on Auto Mall Drive. This phenomenal gentleman by the name of Dylan answered the phone. From beginning to end he provided a level of service rarely found in the service industry anymore. My hat is off to you sir! You are a gem! I am back on the road and I will be in to purchase a new vehicle in the near future at this very location. I have already been shopping! . If you have to have your vehicle cared for do not hesitate pick up the phone. You will not regret it. Thanks again Dylan! I truly appreciate everything you did from beginning to end.
