Very informed with all my questions and concerns. Understanding of my payment limit. I am NA with credit and with a little money down and trade in they got me a loan I will be able to meet. So happy long time coming in getting a reliable vehicle. Beautiful 2014 Honda CR-V. HAS a lot of features that I will enjoy. Nick, service advisor, got my 2017 Mustang GT supercharged with 2.3l roush supercharger. They did a great job and were very professional. They even filled up my gas and gave me a free Lyft ride. I've been coming here since it was Berge Ford and the service is great. Thank You Nick and Joey 2 days later car is running great and fast

Marc at Larry Miller ford was a great salesman. Very professional . I went in looking for a service truck for my business. He gave me a price i thought was fair. They handled a of the paperwork and i was gone smooth and easy.

Went there to get an oil change and my tires rotated.. they throw in a free car wash which is nice.. done this once before..however my sun roof is broken and fixed shut (let them know this before hand) I also added the last time they just put tape around it and took it through the automatic car wash.. the man I talked to said it would be better to get it hand washed... 3 and a half hours later they have my car ready (appt at 12, sat til 345).. hand me the keys and I go up to my car.. but my sun roof is popping completely out on one side.. tell the man he says oh dear let me take it back so they can fix it... comes back minutes later its slightly been pushed down but still sticking out completely off the track completely done by their \service professionals\ who were touching the buttons in my car why? he says the only thing they can do is tape it shut so it's safe to drive.. and if I want I can come back and pay them to get it fixed. HA HA HA. Do not give them your keys.. amazingly horrible experience.. on my birthday might I add ha. P.S. Berge the tape came up once I hit 50mph

Cancelled the oil change service they won’t refund the remainder pretty petty keep the 140 if it makes you feel good to take money from a guy with a daily during a pandemic And yes I called their business irate over a 5000 dollar warranty was told it was more than it was should have read it better wow!!! Guess it’s all my fault for e pecking feat service all around
