I’ve been blessed through my 69 years to buy numerous new (and used) vehicles. I’ve had mixed luck when dealing with salesmen, finance people, service people, etc. But I’m very happy with everything at Larry Miller Subaru. Most of all, the salesman, Kyle Boline. Kyle has experience, especially with all models of Subaru. There was no rushing to sell us, he simply showed us a variety of models that we requested. No pressure, just answers and explanations of the various electronic and other systems. Thanks to everyone at Miller!

Some of the nicest, most knowledgeable staff I have gotten to work with! Derek was the first to greet us and he was very kind and professional. He grabbed Kyle Boline, who I originally scheduled an appointment with for later in the week. I had some free time before the appointment and originally just went in to look and see what was on the lot. Kyle was great to work with, not pushy and didn't try and get me into something I wasn't looking for or didn't need. Which is something I appreciated a lot! Being a woman and not super car savvy, I feel like there's definitely some car sales people who could and would have taken advantage of something like that. He answered all of our questions, and just went above and beyond what I was even expecting. His manager Paul even came to say hello and assured us we were working with someone great. Thanks for hiring great people! Aiden (I'm sorry if I am spelling your name wrong!!) worked with us through all the financing and paperwork. He was equally as great! Very knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything and made sure it made sense. What could have taken a very long time, he made simple and quick for me and I appreciated that. Thank you! Kyle made sure to go over all the cars features on the inside for me...this was a big upgrade and a lot more fancy inside than what I was used to and coming from hahah...so it was nice to get a run down on what all options I have inside to use! I was honestly originally not looking forward to buying a new car or going through the experience. Kyle, Derek, Aiden and Paul all turned that around 100% and I am very thankful to have had the experience I did! I am looking very forward to my first Subaru and I can't thank Larry H. Miller Subaru of Boise enough for making that happen for me!!

06/20/2020 Aiden was amazing and really helpful. The 2019 outback we bought was certified preowned with just under 12k miles. When it broke down due to corrosion 4 days after the purchase Aiden was great and advocated strongly for us to have the electrical system repaired! We appreciated it. There’s still a lot of rust under the car that was not disclosed. Update on 07/01/2020. The Subaru is back in the shop with the same electrical problems. Jeff Beese in service is trying to work through it again.
