Do not use. He is very rude. I was given his information from Sears as one of the contractors to fix small items for a protection agreement plan I paid for. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! I am not sure who the hell he think he was raising his voice. The Christian in me had to disconnect that cal . Dude...You are getting paid to do this...you are no saint providing free services. Get your ish together are you will be out of business like some of these other businesses. THAT'S REAL TALK!!!

I took my seven year old mower into Larry because it would not start. The mower has been a good one so I could not imagine what was wrong. Larry quickly diagnosed it as bad gas that had over time fouled the carburetor. He quickly replaced the carburetor for me at a fair price and the mower runs great now. Thank you!

I called Larry after hours on Saturday to ask about converting my new generator to natural gas. Once I realized he was closed, I offered to call back next week. Rather, he very generously offered to answer my questions and did so for the next 20 minutes or so. I found him to be VERY helpful and knowledgeable on the topic. He discouraged me from having my small 4KW unit converted and suggested that I buy a new one that is actually manufactured for my application. THANK YOU Larry for your help and guidance! I look forward to bringing future business where I can compensate you for your time, knowledge and expertise.

Very knowledgeable. Found the problem right away and fixed my power washer. The cost was very reasonable. Would recommend.

We can't bear it anymore. We must talk about our painful experience with this repair shop publicly. (1) Background About 2 month ago, our gas lawn mower went down that couldn’t started. I had purchased this new mower at Home Deport only 2 years back. I searched online for possible problems, found the most probable culprit is carburetor. I bought a new carburetor for 30 but found unable to replace the old carburetor myself with the new one. My wife and I went to “Larry’s Small Engine Repair Service” ask Larry for help, taking a new carburetor with us. (2) Very bad repair quality He fixed the mower by using the new carburetor I provided. He gave the repaired mower to us 5/15/19. However, I couldn’t start it ounce again on 7/3/19. We — an old couple, husband (76) & wife (72), have only a small house with a tiny yard. I only used the mower a couple of times during 5/15/19 7/3/19. (3) Unreasonable pricing He charged us for 140. Plus the new carburetor I had already paid out 30, we spent totally 170 to repair the mower and use it for only 1.5 month. — The brand new mower costed me only 230 two years ago. (4) Extremely bad attitude - “Why do you charge me 140? I told you I don’t want the repair fee be above 130”, I asked Larry. - “ I purchase another new device at nearby Briggs & Stratton part store yesterday “. - “ O.K. Show me the invoice of Briggs & Stratton then. You bought it yesterday”. Suddenly, he became furious and yelled at us, “You guys go, go away! I don’t want your money. “ We were very terrified and froze there. He kept yelling and pull the mower all the way from his garage to our car. To pacify him and avoid possible violence, I promised not asking to see the invoice he alleged anymore, and paid him the repair fee 140 in full immediately. We left him as soon as we could. But we’ve been keeping the receipt of 140 we paid him as an evidence.

My husband sent me to find a service for our chainsaw. I donut Larry on google and gave him a call. He saved us 60.00 and gas us advice about what we had brand wise. He knows his stuff and he is super SWEET! VERY honest and helpful.

Larry took the time, over 2 phone calls, to diagnose the problem with my Toro mower/ Kohler engine. He knows his stuff, but more importantly, he is willing to share that knowledge, and make sure that the customer is not wasting their money on unnecessary or useless service. If a repair will cost more than the item needing the repair, Larry will say so. Much better service that the larger service shops in the area.
