THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!! Our AC breaks down every 2-3 months and despite all the calls and emails they still haven’t bothered to give this a permanent fix. How on earth are we supposed to work from home when the whole apartment is heating up like an oven???? It’s hotter inside the apartment than outside! Our computers are heating up and we have to sleep in the downstairs living room because upstairs is too hot! We have been complaining of the window mesh that’s fallen out since the beginning of this year and we can’t even open the windows! Don’t even bother telling me to “reach out” to you cos I’ve done that enough and more times with you ignoring everything.

Worst maintenance. I have ever seen in Texas cockroaches in bed room restrooms and kitchen we complain so many times no one come to repair. Lights won’t work properly disgusting.

If I could give 0 star to the new management, I would. I've been living here for over a year, never had an issue with the previous management. It's been lees than a month of the takeover and i already had problems for overcharging me on fees they never specified, paying double the amount of the water bill and after charging residents with a trash fee, they don't pick it up the when they're supposed to do it! Just look at the picture, that trash It's been there for over a week. I called today to notify the issue, they said they were going to clean it up and came home from work to this. Thank God I only have 2 months left of my lease!!!!! If you wanna pay over 1,200k for a 1b 1b apartment and live in these conditions, lease here. Otherwise, please look somewhere else.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Kourtni in the office. I’ve been a resident here for multiple years. I had a family situation occur and Kourtni was more than willing and understanding to help! As always every apartment has its ups and downs. The new management here has taken on the efforts in making the property better; at least I have noticed the changes. Plus the professionalism and understanding within the front office is much better.
