If there was a possibility to leave a negative 5 star review, I would do it in an instant. I'm just going to give a few details about what happened and you can make your own decision about this facility. If you're having an actual heart attack or stroke or any other life threatening issues, I beg of you, DON'T GO HERE. You are only a number to these people and they will not care about you or your situation. It's truly like you're a burden to them and they just want you to go away. I swear they're just waiting for their shift to end. NO COMPASSION OR EMPATHY HERE. Make a good decision and go elsewhere

Went to the ER about a week ago and I was perplexed why brother to screen people for covid if you don't separate the people who are there for covid reasons from the people who are there for other issues....while in the waiting room two people came in for covid issues and sat right near us. And I FELT LIKE I HAD TO QUARANTINE AFTERWARDS!!.. During my visit don't know if they were swamped but I was basically put in a room and was left to my own. I needed a bucket because I was throwing up and after my husband asked for one but no one brought one he had to find one on his own. I had issues with the medicine they gave me and and was not given any help for it. i usually leave feeling well taken care of but not this time. I left feeling sicker then when I came in!

i want to complement Terry Sanchez, the joint replacement coordinator. She does a fantastic job promptly responding to questions and being an advocat for the patient. She has made my first hospital experience much more pleasant and smooth. She is great

I felt my experience left me feeling they lack the ability to sympathize or care for their patients and they are forcing their employees to do the same. It’s very clear money drives motivation for this hospital and not helping patients manage their health. They never discussed how I would be paying for the 799 my insurance won’t cover only to fast and be on time.. they never even told me I would even have balance or not they just made the appointment with fasting details.. So when I arrived they decided to tell me right then without any kind of deposit they will not do my ultra sound. I politely explained I have dollar to my name that I paid other medical bills to get ahead and I won’t have money for my HSA until payday etc..the gentleman who was checking me in was more than kind and helpful. I felt his management was forcing him to treat people this way because he was satisfied with my response but his director in some office in the back was not satisfied with me having no money to give them right then and there.. it’s not all about the money either it’s about respect of my time as well I took off work to be there for that appointment .. did as they asked I respected their time and requests. Also they made me feel I’m not wealthy enough to be in that hospital because I do not have money right now to satisfy those needs.. I hope I never ever have to go there ever again. I hope they don’t force someone to give their last 10 dollars out of guilt for something they can set payment plans up for anywhere else .. and all of us have the same right for service regardless of income and finances.. Side note it was blessing I ended up place more affordable same quality.. Please check out Sun View Imaging it was fraction of the cost..
