I have used this mailbox service for 2 years, each summer, to have my mail forwarded to them. I can always call and they let me know what mail I have with them and they forward to my vacation location quickly and accurately. I highly recommend this business and trust them to handle my mail.

Great customer service. Prices are good and they go out of their way to answer your questions. No matter how busy they are they make sure you get all the information you need before going on to the next customer.

I highly recommend this place for all your mailing needs, plus, they have a Notary, they make keys, etc. I wish I had known about AAA Mail before wasting my time and money on cabs going to those UPS franchises. Today I went to AAA and Matt was very helpful and polite, he helped mail my passport for renewal and he even checked everthing to make sure I did it correctly. Thank you Matt.

After speaking with someone to check box availability & pricing, I drove to their 1600 N Nellis location about a week later (Oct 17, 2019) to rent a box. 3:02pm in the afternoon the Open sigh was lit but the door was locked & nobody was there. I called but the phone was switched to a fax machine. As I sat there until 3:30pm, I called that store 4 more times (still got fax) & their main location at 1155 E Twain over 30x, only to get a busy signal. Finally gave up & left. Like most people, I prefer to have access to my mail whenever I can get by there during there business hours. Open sign on w/ business completely unattended just seemed odd. Almost like things weren't on the up-&-up. Spoke w/ the owner (Matt) today to let him know what happened & got the distinct impression the he didn't care (except to say that the employee at the Nellis location had to take some time off & that someone else was supposed to be covering the store. And apparently a fax (over 30 minutes long?) had kept me from being able to reach someone at the main store. Found out today that although they're not a member of the BBB in Las Vegas, I'm not the 1st person to file a complaint.
