I am looking to build a fireplace in my back yard and called for estimate. I had appointment with Omid which he cancelled last minute... then showed up late the next day. We reviewed my space and my ideas and he told me I would have a design within 7-10 business days. I never received anything so I called and texted him with no reply. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time.

Excellent overall! Outstanding business and people to work with. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and really take time to personally work with customers. Installers are skilled and expeditious. Communication, planning, installation, service are all commendable. I highly recommend working with BBQ Concepts for any of your outdoor entertainment needs. Don't even waste time looking elsewhere.
I use to like this place. However I bought a grill under a year ago and even with the manufacturer sending them a work order it took over a month to even get them out here to fix it. After they fixed it I have much worse issues with the smoker. Like unable to maintain temperatures due to them removing the thermostat and other equipment. Jury rigging the fix in the first place and when I call them. All i get is excuses and the refusal to fix the issue. Calling treager directly now instead of them. If the owner sees this review I invite him to talk with me cause his store employees suck except Tony hes the best
****TERRIBLE SERVICE**** I have tried TWICE (once by phone and the other by stopping by to arrange a service call for my smoker...I was not heard from from both times....This company is only interested in SALES..**
