I did not see the item (blender) I went to buy that I had found online prior but when I went into the store, one of the store associates patiently took the time and looked it up and located it in the store. Another associate had to climb a ladder but they made me feel like a valued customer. I actually bought two items.
Amazingly friendly. Didn't have what I was looking for but offered options on how & where to get it. Ordered it online with them. Great experience
I know they are closing many of these stores down, but this one seemed to be sparsley stocked. Even though I was looking for something and couldn't find it, no one in the store asked me if I needed any help. The customer service was extremely lacking, but the lady that helped me at the register had a great attitude.
