I have been busy at my work and preparing wedding and I did not have much time to visit Bridal shops in town. Jeannie has been very attentive and professional throughout the whole process, kept in touch via text and email and responded me as soon as possible. I was worried that I could not get a dress on time what I had in my mind since we contacted each other on phone and email most of the time. The staff was so helpful, and provided me the best service that I really needed. I couldn't believe that I ended up finding my dress there in a very short time by communicating through emails. When I finally had a time to visit the store to check out the dresses , the designs and the quality was just what I have imagined Can’t wait to show my dress to my friends and family when my special order gets to delivered in November.

Jeannie and staff went out of their way to make my day special! She got a dress for me that I thought was impossible and over-nighted it for me and the seamstress made it perfect for the same day wedding. They both did such a great job and worked very hard! I highly recommend them!! They also dressed my entire family and did a wonderful job with alterations. Highly recommend!!
I went to bridal boutique to look over some dresses with my wife to be. The manager showed us many type of dresses and she recommended us a wedding packages which include tuxedo, wedding gown, the price was very reasonable and we love the dress she recommended for my wife to be. I strongly recommend bridal boutique if you need wedding attire for entire your wedding party.
I am am an offbeat bride. I'm a size 20 and feel most comfortable in a t-shirt and jeans. I was dreading shopping for a wedding dress which is the complete opposite of how a bride SHOULD feel. Taking all this into account I'm so happy I went to Bridal & Boutique! Jeanne (or Jeannie?) made me feel immediately comfortable and assured me we would find the perfect dress. I didn't feel judged for my size. She provided a corset bra in my size for me to wear while trying on the dresses since I didn't have the proper undergarments. She was personable and friendly and knowledgable. She put me in a few dresses that I never in a million years would have thought would look good on me, but they did! She has a great eye, and she made me see myself differently. I ended up buying the second dress I tried on because under Jeanne/Jeannie's tasteful eye it flattered my figure perfectly, giving me a defined waist while flattening my tummy. Although the dress isn't exactly my vision, she will have it altered to match exactly what I want. We are altering the length, adding fuller sleeves, a green sash and a green tulle underskirt for a pop of my favorite color for my fall wedding! Additionally, she made sure that even with all that customization it came in at the budget I gave her when I first walked in the door. As someone who was intimidated by wedding dress shopping, my experience at Bridal & Boutique could not have been more pleasantly surprising or enjoyable. I can't wait for my first fitting!
The best bridal experience! I had been on the hunt for over 2 weeks, I was trying to keep to a budget. After going to a few different shops I was having trouble finding something that was perfect with a perfect price tag. After contacting the store owner, she quickly returned my call. She inquired about the style of dress I was looking for. I did my best to describe what I was picturing, and then inquired about her having something in my price rang. She told me she had just the dress and that it was on sale! When I arrived there was a dress on display that I fell in love with first sight. She was dealing with a customer over the phone so I peaked at the tag and GULP it was out of my range. And I looked for others that may better fit my price point. The owner having finished her phone call approached me and asked if I liked the display( the one that made my heart skip a beat). I replied yes, sheepishly. She said that this is actually the one that she had picked for me and that is was on sale and in my range. THIS OWNER WAS NOT ONLY ABLE TO SELECT MY DREAM DRESS JUST BY A SIMPLE PHONE CALL, but also had a warm kind demeanor. I am so very grateful for her taking the time to use her experience and knowledge to help me find the dress. - thank you so very much!
I called in 2 weeks ago because I had my family in town and wanted the full bridal experience, when scheduling the appointment I had a bad feeling, BUT decided to give it a try. Well to say the least I showed up 3 minutes before my appointment supposedly they open at 10 am well my appointment was at 11 and doors were locked no one was there. Tried to call and no call back. And was told by the store next door that they are "flaky" If they have that type of work ethic , & unprofessional I would be a BEWARE BRIDE you might purchase a dress and there doors be locked the next day..
We walked in and were greeted by a small barking DOG! Seriously? It smelled bad in there and all the dresses were filthy! Not just on the bottom of the dresses either. The lighting was so horrible we couldn't tell if the dresses were white or ivory. The lady working never did say anything to us and there were 5 of us there so its not like she could've missed us. Plus the store was tiny like a wide hallway lined with dresses. Just awful and complete waste of time!
Getting married on a whim in vegas was a bit much. I wanted a dress that I at least liked a whole lot. I went to Bridal and Boutique. They helped pick out a dress I loved and it made my 5 minute wedding a lot nicer. I'll remember their help forever.
