This company has information about their flights on their website that is no longer up to date. When I enquired by email about my confusion, I encountered unprofessional and rude customer service despite their blatant mistake from their correspondent Abe. This company clearly has no interest in new customers. For such an expensive service, I expect basic professionalism, so I will look elsewhere. Perhaps they should invest in some elementary customer service training for their employees.
