I would like to start by saying, I don't leave a whole lot of reviews. You REALLY have to earn a review, be it positive or negative. This guy earned his. Absolutely awful! I did business with this guy last year, and remembered there being an issue with delivery, but decided to give him another chance. Called him on Friday to ask if he could help me with a slat wall. With it being an immediate need, I asked him what he could get right away and he told me that he had some brand new white 8' w x 4' h walls in stock. I asked him if they were able to deliver that day, but he said it was already too late in the day (it was 1pm), and it would have to wait until Monday. He asked how early I could be available, and I let him know that our store opens at 10am, and it was supposed to be my day off, but I could come and meet him. So he said that he would be at the store by 10:30am. Well... 11am rolled around, so I called him and he said he had to call his guys to see where they were at. When he called me back he said that they didn't have the black 8x4 wall that I wanted, so they would have to cut a black 4x8 wall and "make it work". I reminded him that I ordered a white 8x4 wall and he said, "OH!!! Okay, then my guys will be there in about an hour". I reminded him that it was supposed to be my day off, but he didn't seem to care. 12:40 rolled around... still no Garrison, and no slat wall. Called again. Now he says 45 minutes. UGH!!! 1:45 rolled around, so we called again. He said, "I know. We are trying". So NOW I remember the delivery issue we had before. He strung us along for A WEEK for an item that we paid for that he said he had IN STOCK, but wouldn't let us pick it up on our own. That was when we decided to cancel this order for the slat wall. Then Garrison muttered, "unbelievable", and hung up on us. Will NEVER do business with him again.

This guy is a nightmare. I ordered materials for Slatwall display and was lied to for 2 1/2 months as to its delivery. Finally the manufacturer told me he never paid for it while he kept telling me it was on the road. He also was to supply glass and was given pictures, location, and what it was and assured he could do it for what he was charging. After 2 1/2 months he told me it would be 3.5k more (when the original order was only 2,400) and he did not have it. I gave him 1,500 down so there was no reason the 2 sheets of slatwall were not paid for. I ordered them on 9/3 and the manufacturer said he did not approve till 9/20. Stay away at all cost. I am out 1,500 to date and have no product.
