This was my 1st time ever living in an apartment. We have lived here for 1 year and renewed for another. Whenever we had issues, I would call and get whatever my situation was, fixed. I worked with Nick the most and he was amazing ! Made me feel comfortable with making my choice. I did have a few issues when I moved in but we got everything situated. I personally have not used the gym but my roommate loves it. We have for sure used both pools. I can say that copper creek has tried and done a lot of good with taking care or the people living here and trying to make the best during COVID. And all I can say is that I am very grateful for my experience

This is the best apartment community in Las Vegas. Their furnished apartments are absolutely perfect.
We moved from Seattle. Ashley made the whole transition so easy. She is quick to reply to questions. I would absolutely recommend these apartments as they are very large and open. And the bath tub is MASSIVE. I have never seen a tub so large in an apartment.
Management takes advantage of complex legal jargon strategically camouflaged within the document to overwhelm and confuse tenants; in order to extort money from them. I am a travel nurse and had made it abundantly clear, I needed a 90 day lease, which dates are clearly stated in the contract. I called 37 days before the lease was to terminate to see how the final seven days would be billed. The manager told me I had to pay for 60 days, essentially told me I was inept and didn’t understand the contract and to F off. Regardless of the fact I had initially agreed to only a 90 day lease, which termination date is clearly stated on the contract. Tatiana is the name of the associate who I initially worked with on the lease agreement. It just seems morally wrong to extort and abuse people, especially when they are coming to help your community during these unprecedented times. This company doesn’t care about me, you, or anyone. The only interest of copper creek is lining their pockets with dirty money!
