In a world where cheap nasty sandwich stores dominate the landscape this spot truly stands out. Very good sandwiches, friendly staff and chill environment. Highly recommended.

Best sandwiches in town! Especially like the Duck Pastrami and ther Cuban. Owners are fabulous and the cheeses...don't get me started!!! All I can say is wow!

I was planning a special engagement proposal for my girlfriend at the time. I ended up finding out that Cured & Whey did drop offs at Khoury's Fine Wine & Spirits. I was given a direct email address to Brian over at Cured & Whey and he was amazing. He was responsive and catered to my request to build a beautiful charcuterie board for my proposal night. They gave me a great deal and the board was absolutely stunning. It made the engagement proposal a very special experience. Thank you to Brian Mosko and the entire team over at Cured & Whey. Everything is very fresh. Good meat, cheese and lunch items daily. They even have caviar in a little fridge.

Insanity. Off the strip. It's actually a cheese distributor with a quaint little bistro. Made us a gorgeous board, and the wines are excellent ... unpretentious ...
