Desert IT is our IT provider where I work and they have always done an excellent job on keeping my work computer up and running. So when my personal laptop suddenly wouldn't boot and was making a terrible noise, I contacted Arc at Desert IT for help. It turns out that my hard drive was fried, but they were able to pull all of the data off of it and saved me. The new hard drive they installed is even faster than the old one and my computer is working better than ever. I'm really grateful for the work they did, I know the importance of backing up my work, but of course, I wasn't doing it as I should. They really saved me by recovering all of my files and getting my computer back up and running. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
