No issues at all with our visit, everything was great! Spacious restaurant, with tons of room for a crowd. Staff was very polite and friendly (even the cooks said good morning from the kitchen!). Prices were good, and even lower than advertised on the menu board when I looked at the receipt! Our burritos were piping hot when they came out, a bit narrower and longer than a comparable burrito at Roberto's, which is nice because you don't get as messy like a wider burrito. The most impressive thing was a the complete lack of grease towards the bottom; normally breakfast burritos (or any burritos, really) can collect a lot of grease at the bottom and even blow out the tortilla. These were grease-free, and the tortilla was cooked perfectly, it was thick, soft, and chewy. Green sauce had some great kick, red sauce was a bit too hot for breakfast, but good nonetheless. Definitely give these guys a try, we'll be coming back to try a combination plate sometime, I'll update the review if anything changes. Great taco shop!

Great customer service. Chicken tacos were great. Considering it was a busy chicken taco Tuesday, service was fairly quick and employees seemed to care about their guests experience.

Cleanliness- I would say the facility was clean upon arrival, and clean inside the establishment. Customer Service- As others reviewers have stated, the customer service fell below expectation. Denise, clearly hates her job. Food- Oh my gosh this food was beyond BLAND!! I don’t see what the hype is for flavorless food. But I supposed they’re either catering to the demographic of the area or every Don Tortaco has bland food. Not in a rush to figure out which is the case. Personal feedback/opinion- maintain a good clean facility, employ people with a sense of customer service, and a touch of salt goes a long way. Chances are I won’t ever return. But they are several restaurants I’ve patronized that I won’t return to. This was my first and last time at a Don Tortaco.
