My truck was stolen twice last year. Today I found my new car was vandalized. I called the office and was told several other vehicles were targeted. There are random gun shots at least once a week. There are no cameras on the property other than in the office. Patrol is useless, they do nothing but walk around and break up fights. If I could move I would. This is no place to have children. It is not safe at all. I would think parking areas would be common.

Do NOT stay here! Roach infested. We paid 270 for a one bedroom. It had roaches and the whole unit smelled like dog/cat urine. The couch was filthy. The air conditioner didn’t work. So they moved us to a remodeled unit. We had to pay 20 for the upgrade. Every day there has been an issue. The refrigerator has gone out twice. We have had to throw away all of our food. We live off food stamps, but still that’s money that’s getting thrown away. Then the pipes bust in the bathroom and the pressure caused a hole in the bedroom closet. All the water was seeping from the hole into my suitcase full of stuff, which included a fairly new 150 Dell computer. The air conditioner also is not working properly so the room is stays muggy & hot. I had to call them twice to come fix the water temperature in the bathroom so I can take a hot shower. The management only compensated us with an extra day stay. I now how to call the owner of these properties and harass them because this does not suffice.
Infested with roached. Roaches started coming out through the outlets. They were in the bathroom, kitchen, even on the bed. This is disgusting. Stay away of this terrible place. Roached are living inside the walls and start to coming out. Do yourself a favor and do not stay there. This place needs to close down. People and children can be sick with bacteria and viruses from cockroaches. I've seen ambulances coming in every night
If you are wondering, this is the cheapest weekly in Vegas. If you are about to move here you have reached the bottom. There are a few benefits to this place, its in a good location for food and 20 min walk down to the strip. Other than that this place is an armpit. Las Vegas police are always here, loads of drugs and hookers.
I gave these people 1700 and have had to sleep in my own sweat for 11 days and 2 A/C units.
