The bikes are well optioned and in excellent condition. Great customer service from the guys there answering all our questions. Location is optimal for riding out to national parks and other locations. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend them more highly!! Hari and the team are outstanding! Great service, BMW bikes in great shape and fully prepped for pick up. Excellent service through out. Vegas is an ideal jumping off point for a lot of great motorcycle rides. We went for three days through Death Valley and Joshua Tree. Incredible time..awesome machines..

Harry was extremely helpful! Planned a tour for us complete with printed map and turn by turn directions. The bike was in mint condition and sparkly clean. The helmets were comfortable and the seat heaters really helped in the am ride through Red Rock. If you only have one excursion while in Vegas... THIS IS IT!

I am a Vegas local and stumbled on Hertz Ride looking for a BMW K1600GA to try out for a long day-trip up to Zion. I was wary of getting a “multinational corporate rental car nickel-and-dime” experience rather than dealing with knowledgeable and experienced riders, but figured I’d try Hertz because their prices were better than the competition. I couldn’t have been more presently surprised. Their office/warehouse is clean, inviting, and clearly set up by and for riders. We worked with Eric R., who from beginning to end was the perfect example of professional, friendly, punctual and VERY helpful. He was knowledgeable of the bike, clearly a rider himself, and gave a very personable experience—a level of customer service I wasn’t expecting from such a large company. We were in and out in about 10min each time, fast processing but we were never remotely rushed. The bike itself was in great shape and we had a fantastic ride. Thanks Eric, we’ll be back!

I was in Vegas on a short trip due to work, and decided to rent a bike on my last day. I searched for motorcycle rentals and notice HertzRide was renting high quality BMW motorcycles. I’ve been looking on buying a R nineT Scrambler so decided to rent one. Best time of my life!! Staff was very knowledgeable of places to ride. The whole experience was very pleasant. I rented the Grand America 1600 for 4 days and it turned into a bucket list trip. Hari who runs the place printed me out directions of where to ride (Valley Of Fire to Hoover Dam) and (west rim of the Grand Canyon.) I fell in love with the motorcycle and it will definitely be the next motorcycle I buy.
