The help provided by Stephanie R was instrumental in my ability to take the test. She was extremely helpful in every aspect. My only knock on the entire IICRC is the fact that they ask you to complete your Water Exam without any use of the charts needed to fully understand the appropriate calculations. Why cant I use them on my exam if I have full access to them in my job on a day to day basis. Thank you again for all of your help Stephanie!!!!!!

We recently received notification that our group IICRC certification was up for renewal for 2021. I went online and paid the fee, but neglected to do the renewal form itself. The following day we received an email from Alisha Hooks, IICRC Certified Firms Coordinator, who very helpfully attached a copy of the missing form and gave us the link to complete online as well. We filled out the form and sent it back and she replied almost immediately that we were all set and should see the hard copy of our renewal in a few days and to let her know if she could be of any further assistance. We really appreciated her looking out for us and following up to make sure we were taken care of - nice work!
