Had a few problems with the system when installed,finally corrected. Asked for a quote to add a camera still Nothing. Camera system still does not work on my cell phone. No answer or return call. Find another company like I did save you time and money. Just another fly by night company stay away.

Have a great 5 star experience the first time they did work for us. Unfortunately, when I asked for a follow-up smaller job a couple months later they ignored me. They Promised a call back that never happened. I figured they only do larger jobs, won't support additional work later. If not so, prove me wrong and I'll modify this review. Update ! I am modifying because within 2 weeks I was contacted which is everything for customer service. Thank you
I normally wouldn’t write a bad review unless the merchant is really bad and in the Sky hasn’t being very good and has failed at customer service. I have been having trouble with the cameras for the past year, since they installed it. Cameras will not replay recorded events, and I spend allot of money for the cameras not to work. Half the time it's black screen or white screen with no images. The other half of the time you cannot access any video at all. In The Sky keeps telling it's a network issue yet they will not come out for a service unless you pay them and I have pay them twice to fix the issues and it’s still not working. I called to schedule an appointment and they didn’t respond for two weeks so I called again still no response so I text them and he said he never received the message so I try to schedule an appointment but still waiting for an appointment which is not professional, I decided to send this review. They promise to call to schedule an appointment and I’m still waiting it’s being two weeks. When I send a text they respond to schedule an appointment but still waiting for them to schedule the appointment and all of the cameras is not working and I can’t view it on my cell phone.

Half the time it's black screen or white screen with no images. The other half of the time you cannot access any video at all. In The Sky keeps telling it's a network issue yet they will not come out for a service call at all. They promise they will be arriving at a scheduled time and date but don't show, call or call to reschedule. I have been waiting a week since they missed their last appointment.
These clouds were kind of rainbow colored. I thought that it was an interesting phenomenon.
