I was a new patient last week, doctor prescribed me some medicine. They never followed up with me, I left messages which were never returned. Call a third time, they finally answered the call. I come to find out they sent it to some pharmacy on the other side of town, on their own. It seems there too busy to treat me.

Very glad I decided to start going to Internal Medicine Specialists and Dr. Rosenstein for primary care over a year ago. Dr. Rosenstein has really helped me work towards improving my health and overall well-being. I have had some health issues in the past few years, and am now feeling better and better every day. Additionally, I have never had any problem getting appointments when needed, and he is very diligent about returning phone calls and using virtual appointments when necessary. The office staff, especially Leilani, returns messages and phone calls quickly, and they are always helpful and polite.

The doctor I saw was great, but this office is a disorganized mess: The one time I went in for an appointment, it took an hour from appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Both my follow-ups were telemedicine appointments (once bumped from an in-person appointment as a courtesy to the nurse, the other was scheduled); the doctor didn't call me back till around 5pm - hours after the appointment time - both times. There's no way to reach the doctor even though they instruct you to call the office back in a voicemail. And if your pharmacist has a problem with a prescription, you will have to relay messages between the doctor's office and the pharmacy.

I definitely would NEVER go back to this physician. I was suppose to have surgery today to remove a large abdominal mass, and after going through all that you have to do for surgery ...ie pre-op testing which by the way took 2.5 HOURS! Anyway went to have this mass removed they could not do the surgery do to my EKG coming back abnormal!!! The anesthesiologists called Dr Kharazi to ask why wasn’t he concerned at all. He just stated “no I wasn’t at all concerned”!!!! Wow really I have to see a cardiologist tomorrow am now!! Bottom line is he was aware not just this EKG but for at least a years worth that came back abnormal. I also found out my lab work has been off for years as well and he NEVER said a word about this.
