Worst service, ever, voice is not clear at all.Also you cannot talk for more then 5 minutes. Do not transfer your phone no. to them otherwise they will hostage you. Even after cancelling service with them they will keep charging you. Oh one more thing, they store your credit card information too. Look at the only positive review which was given by them self. lol

I'd give this company 3 1/2 stars review. I had them for a long time and yes, there were some hiccups along the way (having to change the number once -- just like that without any clear explanation from the company, some occasional service outage that'd last a couple of days and sometimes longer, etc) but overall the service which wasn't something I used all the time (because of cell phone use), was pretty good. Never had a problem with the voice/call quality. Customer service is weird - it's like calling a bunch of guys in some dorm room who run the show from their personal computers. Trying to disconnect from their service as I moved to GoogleVoice entirely, was a little tricky but I was able to get them to accept the contract we had and under the terms of its termination. If you hope to get a efund\ from them for the unused portion of your pre-paid contract, if the termination is done mid-contract, you can forget about it! The trick is to MAKE SURE NOT TO HAVE a valid credit card on your account so that they won't be able to charge for another 1, 2 or 3 years of service and disconnect right at the end of your contract. Once they get your money, you will not get that back and what you'd back, (if at all) will be riddled with fees and garbage charges. That's how they stay in business. And make sure to record ALL phone conversations with tech support, whatever the issues may be (including terminating your service with them -- especially during that time!) and make sure to keep all your email correspondence. These are small voip companies that run under the same premise as insurance companies -- they sign up tons of customers and then they try to keep them hooked up for as long as possible while providing (or refunding) as little as possible and take little responsibility when issues happen.

just like other people joiphone took my money. I signed up for the unlimited plan. i got my device on time and every thing worked great for 5 days. After that they blocked my account and charnged my credit card for 100. I emailed them they told me to send the device back to get the refund i did but they never refunded the money no response to my email i called them they told me to call the billing department when i called the billing department they told me email them. They just kept me going in the circles now i am disputing charges with my credit card company since it has been over a month trying to get a refund credit card company is investigating. i hope i get my money back. I will post on very blog out there to becarefull with this fraudeluant company. they will take money and provide very little service to very few customers who arent using their service very much.

Genesis Medical Transport

Horrible customer service. They talk to you like you do not matter, refused to give refunds when the service they promised does not work. They claim equipment did not get received even when you have confirmation number of delivery. Had to spend an hour on the phone to get them to stop charging me.
