Its getting better, but keep an eye out for everything. Where you park, how you park, your car, yourself safety and who you talk to. Tons of Rumors will probably fly about who you are and the people you go see. I'm only there because I have friends there, but other than that, I wouldn't be in the place at all. Its getting a lot better, so Good Luck and Godspeed.

If you go to this place, DO NOT GO ALONE. First off, the trailer park itself is extremely dirty. There is hardly any lighting at night and most of the patrons are are at skeptical character. You will also see shady goings-on as yoy drive through the place. There are a lot of trailers that have been in both of those down and I am told it was because of health issues. Meaning they were roach-infested or not taken care of to the point where they were shut down. The management is lazy, unfriendly, paranoid and as long as you are not making a lot of racket they turn their head on a lot of things. This place is a piss poor excuse for a place to live. Definitely it's the hood inside the city. But there are a lot of good people in there with "taken care of" and good-looking trailers. Those people should get five stars. but it is always the shady characters that give a place a bad name.
Run down trailer homes falling apart. Not kept trash everywhere. I would never choose to live there. Heard new mobile trailers were going in. Few are abandoned. Met couple of residents seem pleasent. Area is questionable yikes. Lots of stores not sure how public transportation is. Bc of area vehicle is needed.
My close friend lived there once. Not too noisy at its loudest. Land/trailer rentals and buys are reasonable
It's ok... staff are friendly, ppl pretty much stay to themselves.
No pool poorly run poor management
It's in a "Risky part of the City." My friend lives there otherwise, NO, Big Time.
Dont have manager and is a trailer court full of drugs and thieves
