Best time to go is early in the morning. It is fairly not overcrowded and it is usually the same group of people. I've been continuously going to this location for the past 4 years. My schedule recently changed so the best time for me to go is now at 4am. Lately this has been an even more awesome experience as Joy one of the nicest lady's in the front makes me feel spoiled as she has memorized my member ID :). This gives me that extra motivation every morning to stay consistent with my routine so Joy doesn't forget me.
I’ve been to several gyms all around Las Vegas and this one was the absolute disgusting gym I’ve been too. The area wasn’t the best so I don’t expect much but no matter what being clean is important. The machines weren’t taken care of and It was unorganized. I hope you guys take in consideration the building and it’s gym memebers since LVAC is making new adjustments by opening a new gym in Henderson. I would appreciate things to disinfect and even modernize the gym itself . 3 out of 10 stars.
Unfortunately, I'm doing them a benefit by even giving them 1 star. I had membership here a few years ago and canceled for personal reasons. I tried joining again Friday when I was told that I owed 1000 for cancellation fees, which is crazy because I remember paying cancel fees at the northeast location. I have since been trying to contact the supervisor Patty which was always "too busy", finally I tracked her today which she started off by yes I received your voicemail just didnt call you back. I explained to her that I did paid and she replied with I may have paid but it wouldn't have canceled membership because the only way to cancel membership is by moving out of town and providing them proof. I asked to speak to someone else because of her attitude she then proceeded by she is the only supervisor, which isn't true because I've been told 2 other supervisors by other representatives. I'm hoping when I call back tomorrow to speak someone else I get better customer service. All I'm trying to do is resolve this matter, not pay a ridiculous amount for something that's not my fault.
My room mate and I joined on the three year pay up front plan. We like all the locations but the Flamingo Rd location is closest to where we live so we go there most often. The staff is friendly and the equipment is great. My room mate (Mike Gibson) likes your clubs so much he has applied for a job as a personal trainer..... Now he's just waiting for a spot to open up but he says it's worth the wait. Thanks for all your hard work. We really love LVAC.

Employees are great. Gym members who actually work out are great too, but crowd is more retirement age and the older men treat the locker room like it's a bath house.
Overall the gym has all of the equipment your average gym-goer needs for conditioning and strength-training. When I moved to the area I was surprised the facility was not 24 hours. I think it would be helpful, especially for the morning clients that need to train and then rush to work to possibly open at 4am / 430am during the week and 5am on Sat.
