Great way to travel around Las Vegas in this modern Monorail service. It is also worth taking a return trip from MGM to the end of the line and return to where you started. This way you get a fantastic view of parts of Las Vegas you would not expect to see as the monorail goes behind most of the resort hotels. Once you get off you have of course to walk through the hotels to get back to the Strip and this can take ten minutes. The modern trains run every few minutes and they are all very clean with no graffiti in sight. We really enjoyed our trip and it only costs a few dollars so we'll worth it.

It is convenient and fast but when you’re in the strip I find it hard to locate the station. If you ask for directions from some hotel staff we end up in wrong spot. Long walk from station to strip along the hotel. Would be nice to have visible signage on strip so can locate the station easily. We got the 4 day pass and very worth it. Thank you for the clean stations and Monorail .

Simple, no-frills, no-nonsense reliable transportation. While staying near the LVCC I utilized the monorail several times to visit the strip and the Vegas scene. The platforms are clean, the stations safe and the train runs every 7 minutes or so. While individual rides are 5 a piece you can purchase an all day pass for a few bucks more (I think 12-14). In my case the hotel provided complimentary passes each day. Hopping on at the convention center heading south to the strip is a quick ride. Furthest south or last stop is the MGM Grand. Some days there are more stops than others but I wasn’t there long enough to figure out the pattern/schedule (maybe weekdays vs. weekends). If you want to travel between the Luxor and the Bellagio, there is a free tram/trolley west of the strip, behind the Luxor that is open to the public. Though I never found a need to take it since the weather was cooperative and I just walked north on S. Las Vegas boulevard. Returning from the casino hotel stations is an adventure. The signs in the casino lobbies are not abundant and often you have to guess or ask which direction the monorail entrance is. Though this is not the fault of the monorail operator, instead the issue lies with the hotel. Maybe they don’t display clear signs as a way to get you all turned around in hopes of distracting you with more slot machines and blackjack tables :) Overall very pleased with this ground transport option and will use again if I stay near the LVCC.

Love riding the Monorail Always clean, and easy on and off. We've been riding the Monorail for 8 years. Only time you will see crowds will be New Years Eve. Otherwise, easy Peasy and really Cool experience ️

Good luck finding the stops. The map is poorly labeled and we NEVER saw a sign. We bought 4 passes and never used them. After the hotel staff could not tell us where an access point was and we had walked forever, we gave up and bought Duece (bus) tickets for the day. Forget the monorail; the bus has more stops and easier access, even though I suspect the monorail may be faster travel wise but unless you know where stops are, you'll waste time trying to find stops which may result in more time than the bus!
