Absolutely life changing. I have been going to Chiropractors and masseuses for 35yrs for neck and back pain. They gave me some relief but I still had to learn to live with the daily pain. I had to be talked into trying the Myofascial Release because I have never heard of it and I thought it would be a waste of time, Boy was I wrong. Once you try it and understand how it affects your entire body then everything will make sense. I would have never gone to the Chiropractor if I would have known about this. Linzi is absolutely amazing. I still can't believe she gets the results that she does because the process is so gentle unlike the Chiropractor.
