This is one. Of my favorite places to go the people. Very friendly people always asking if you need help. But all in all I love going to this hair store. They make you feel like family.

I love this store it’s up the street from where I live the workers is always nice and I don’t know who the Asian or Japanese or Chinese guy that be on the cash register he always nice n knows when I come it he always throws in a few free things in my bag if you spend over 200 tho & I love that they have awards and discounts for you you can sign up for . They have great selection of things but I do wish if they can have somebody to help you in the back part I been wanting a 613 wig to dye but I end up just getting the bundles n frontal pack 613 . But I will be trying again hopefully I will get help this time but overall good staff good environment but the store is n the HOOD tho

It was my first visit here and I will definitely go back again!!! Very friendly staff and I was able to find all I needed. They have a rewards program that I signed up for, and I was even given a discount on my first purchase!!! As I said, will definitely be going back again!!!

Overpriced and doesn't even honor their own discounts or sales. Received a text from them for up to 50% of which was confirmed by store associate only to have unpleasant and unprofessional management deny even with both the text and sales associate saying the same thing. Will not be back.

Save your money and your time and just go to a different hair supply store. The store's management and customer service is trash. I came into the store looking for earrings. I inquire with the sales associate about the difference in the earrings that are locked up versus ones sitting out. The associate goes on to tell me how the ones locked away are better quality and last longer. Needless to say she convinces me and I purchase them, 14.99 not a big deal I figure I can get a month or 2 of wear out of them. I leave the store, get to my destination and go to remove the earrings from their packaging. As I look I notice one of the clasp were loose. I attempt to adjust it but after 15min I give up. The store is closed so I go straight from work the next day. The receipt clearly states no refunds only exchanges. I go in and explain to the woman at the register what occurred. She literally looks at me and says "It was only 1.99 it's not a big deal anyway because of COVID we don't do refunds". I was so shocked at how condescending this employee was being. I explained that I didn't want a refund and that I spent more than 1.99, walked out and left. I just couldn't believe the way I was treated. Things are very hard financially since Coronoa started so even though 15 may not be much to some I definitely don't have it to just put in the trash. #unsatisfiedcustomer #nevergoingthereagain #nocustomerservice
