Today I had a flat tire on I-15...and at 5:15! Fortunately, I was able to pull off the road . I sat on the side of the freeway calling AAA, when the Freeway Service Patrol pulled up behind me. Nathan 521 Found the spare, made an extra extra effort to find the special key I didn't know existed, and good-naturedly got me on the road in no time. Thank you very much for this service, and especially for a great guy like Nathan 521.

Last night my wife had tire failure on the ramp from 15 N to 95 N. She pulled over at the Valley View exit with a very vulnerable break down lane. I called NHP and the dispatcher was awesome. I told her we had called Roadside Assistance but there was a delay and if they had a patrol officer to have lights on to help avoid a rear end collision it would be appreciated. The dispatcher got all the info perfectly and an Officer was on the scene in less than 10 minutes. The officer kept my wife calm and stayed until the roadside team changed her tire. Our most grateful thanks to the NHP team for this terrific professional help. Thank you.
Trooper M. Sendlein and Trooper A. Crisp were incredibly helpful. Our front right tire blew out and we couldn't get over to the right side of the road in time. After calling the police department, the troopers arrived quickly, and not only ensured we made it safely over to the correct shoulder, but pumped up our spare and changed our tire. We were scared and they were kind and reassuring. They went above and beyond, and took the time to make sure we were safe. Thank you, Troopers!!

Great professionalism and understanding with routines and safety. Highly recommend participating in a ride-along, there's a lot to learn and understand. It's different to have a badge than it is to look at them without one.
Officer Provost is unbelievably kind, he reassured us multiple times accidents happen and proceeded to guide us patiently regarding the required steps we need to take going forward.
