Ordered the spicy beef noodles with half tendon half brisket. It is tasty taste! It is one of the best beef noodles I've had. The tendons were delish! Ordered takeout and the noodles were packed separately from the soup. There was quite a bit of noodles and not all of it could fit into the soup container so be careful! Definitely coming back to try other items on the menu. Edit: Came back to try their beef roll and their beef noodles in clear broth. The beef roll is BOMB! There is egg in it so it is very filling. The clear broth tastes just like pho broth which is also very tasty.

Wow, what a great place for noodles. The texture of the noodles was great. The soup broth was excellent. The hot oil wonton was tasty. The pork chop with the noodle soup was crispy and tender. The chicken cold noodle was very yummy. One got to try when visiting L.V.
The spicy beef tendon noodle here is the best in North America! Enough said

My friends highly recommended us to visit Noodle Pot when we were in Las Vegas. My friends told us they serve the best and most authentic Taiwanese dishes in LV. The decor is humble, simple and narrow-spaced with limited seats. It was really popular but the wait wasn’t too bad. The staff was busy and cool but served everything quickly. We ordered 2 side dishes, braised pork feet and beef egg roll with reasonable prices and portion. Overall the food was delicious especially the beef egg roll which was one of the best egg rolls I have ever had in the US so far.

We had wonton soup with soft noodles and they give you a lot of it !! They do not serve fried rice there. The prices are a bit high. I didn't have to wait long. I will go back again to get some more won ton soup
Great authentic Chinese noodle. God for one person dine-in or with groups. Look very busy during a pandemic. Keep it up please.
