The clerks who answer the phones go above and beyond to be rude. Good luck trying to find someone that is actually decent and/or helpful to deal with down there. I guess it's acceptable when working for the City to go out of their way to be unkind. Thanks

Please go with LPSNV instead. If you call both places you can see the difference in customer service!! The lady answering the phone needs to be replaced. She does not listen to your questions and seems annoyed.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude and and has no customer service. Sounded like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. I’m definitely reporting her. I’m glad I never wasted my time or money at this place. If anyone wants to get the professional help with great customer service contact Legal Process Service

I’ve used the Constable for years and never had a problem. They aren’t allowed to give legal advice, but have always been efficient and respectful. May have something to do with my nice attitude when I go in.

Would have been great to know that you closed down early today... For no apparent reason. There are deadlines that people have to hit, and scheduling to come out of the way to the office is difficult enough. I'm sure that you wont extend my timeframe even though you guys closed early without notice.
