Extremely non responsive. On multiple visits set valves improperly causing malfunctions. Failure to follow up on major issues. Tossed the cover of the drain into the rocks behind a bush. Extremely rude and arrogant when trying to discuss issues. RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY! NEVER TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS TECH

We have been with them for over 2 years now. They do a great job and have been overall awesome. They have been great for cleaning our pool. Super fast to respond when we have questions about something going on with our pool. We started using Perfect Pool once we bought our house to make sure the pool was ready to go when we moved in. Coming from out of state they communicated what was going with our pool and what needed to be done with it so we could use it when we arrived. Our only issue is that when they get back up with cleanings due to a holiday or a big storm they sometimes don’t let us know they are running behind. Other times they do early and it’s nice to know so we don’t have to unlock our gate that day. Besides that when they get busy they are great.
I have been through several pool companies in the past 4 years. Perfect Pool Service is without a doubt the best, and only pool service I recommend. They truly provide peace of mind; something I haven't had in a long time.
