Before I used Rain Water I was calling some big Plumber companies and they all wanted to charge a service fee just to come and look. I even told these places we have the water softener loop already and told them how many people are in the house. So I decided to call this place. It's about in line price wise with other companies. You maybe able to find it somewhere else cheaper? We ordered a water softener. However like the old saying goes you get what you pay for. I'm glad we went with this place. The customer service was excellent and they told a price right up front. They also explained what you would get. The tech Wyatt came out and he was awesome. He was so nice and explained everything. I will definitely use them again if we ever need too. Thank you Wyatt and Rain water conditioning of Las Vegas.

I've been a customer for several years and Joe has always been so nice and helpful. He has installed multiple water conditioners and reverse osmosis systems and all have worked great! I just purchased a new home and love the new system and have great tasting water. Anytime I need service, it is easy to schedule and it keeps everything running great! I'm so happy to have such an upstanding company take care of my water needs. Thank you!

Had a next day appointment available and the person on the phone was very helpful. Joe, the tech, called when he was on his way and arrived shortly after the start of the appointment window. Punctuality is always appreciated! He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with my softener -- control board malfunction -- but let me know it was still working so I didn't need a new one. The computer functions would just be unavailable. He then offered to look at my reverse osmosis system since the softener did not take much time, rather than just head out right away. Explained how to maintain the RO system and got it running well. Overall very happy and will definitely give them a call for any future service on my water system.

Joe was fast and knowledgable about installing the different systems. I highly recommend him to do your treatment. Total time from initial call to estimste to install to finished product was 2 days.
