Love it Clo s e. To trvel roads. Good tree cover. Managers always nice and helpful . Maintenance prompt rrepairs. Vrry knowledgeable. But probably under stffed. Always leaves clean after repaires. Happy...... Remember aprtmnt living is exactly what it is its community effort. The good thing about it if your unhappy is. You can always move.

Horrible customer service. Provided false information regarding parking and had my aunts car towed . Then never got back to me about the situation . My aunt is a brand new resident and this is how you treat them ? Get their vehicle towed ? I called at 930am its almost 2 pm . Thank you for having me take my new born out in the cold to go retrieve this vehicle.

A new home in real community. The business phones are answered by humans who smile as you come through the doors. The facility is clean enough you want to move in...right now. The staff, those I've interacted with being Destiny, Rebecca, Tony, Roberto, and Donald, habitually go out of their way to ensure the residents are not only comfortable but, truly, at home. Also! The fantastic lighted sign at the entrance in the dark of Vegas driving is a beacon and greatly appreciated!

Only positive I have to say is 4 walls and a roof. Unless you like rooming with cockroaches and being ignored by management, don’t move here!!
