Checked in to hotel was guided to a entrance that was not even close to my rooms then the first room was dirty grease prints all over the kitchen the couch had a foul smell lingering to it there was blood on the wall in the restroom coffee stain s down the wall in the bedroom if u worn white socks in the room they turned a dingy brown from the carpet and had a lingering order that wouldn’t go away opened window s doors nothing helped. So I went to the front desk to be given a bottle of air freshener to spray in the room that did not help mattered at all The second room when u opened the door it smelled as if someone had burned something up inside like plastic or something of the sort opened window a and the air freshener that the front desk gave me didn’t help either . The rooms felt dirty

Residence Inn is one of the 3 properties of Marriott bunched together in this area which just 1.7 miles away from the Mandalay Bay. It has a convenient shuttle service to a few famous spots on the Strip and also to the airport. The rooms are actually good suites with a small kitchenette which is very helpful to those who cannot bear with all the junk available out there. The hotel provides breakfast in its lobby area which is good but doesn't has facility of lunch and dinner. But you can always order from outside. The whole staff is very humble and helpful. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff is also accommodative to extend the checkout time based on the availability of the rooms. The connected rooms suite is very suitable for a family of 3-5. Thank you for all the hospitality.

Ice rooms reasonably priced. They say breakfast is provided but it's an orange, a toddlers box of apple juice and a muffin. Not good at all.

Nice property and courteous staff but the property is alchohol free property (that's y not 5 on 5) unlike other residence inn... They don't serve beer/wine during their social hours from Monday to wednesday... I mean hotel in vegas that doesn't serve is quite odd. Rest everything is good about the property. Swimming pool and public jacuzzi both are temperature controlled... I was in room 239 with 2 bedroom with queen size... Room was spacious and had full kitchen and 3 tv... Their shuttle service to the strip ( mandlay bay is every half hour) and to aria is every top of hour is pretty amazing and helps u to stay connected with strip.

Lovely one night stay here during a recent cross-country road trip. Room was very spacious and customer service was excellent. The hot breakfast the next day was just what we needed to help us get off to another long day of driving. There are plenty of options in Las Vegas, but I'm glad I chose this hotel.
