We initiated contact for a used wraith through the website. They reached out promptly and professionally. We drove our car out to trade in. Upon arrival we had the single best car buying experience we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond. We also got a sneak peak and the 2021 ghost. Yup we’re done with other exotic dealerships and will be back once it’s time to upgrade the wraith. Epic experience

Called Rolls Royce service 3x in the last two days. Everytime the receptionist says no one is available and to leave my name and number and no one ever calls me back. This place is a joke. Buy a 410k car and it’s got 3 things broken the day I buy it and I can’t even get it into service because they won’t answer or call back.
