Smart Auto is a great place to work with of course your credit determines your APR they're a good second and third chance place to go to to get a vehicle and help your credit score out my salesperson Pat she was fantastic she got me into this 2012 Chevy Impala got a couple of miles on it but runs great very clean no dents no scratches clean interior also very professional friendly and upfront there's not going to be any hidden fees there's not going to be anything that they're not going to tell you up front I can deal with people like that. Just trying to push me into whatever that they can but to making sure I got what I needed I would recommend anybody to Smart Auto ask for Pat

As long as you make your payments on time, this company will absolutely care for you. I am approaching my 2nd year with them. I review when I feel like it is owed to somebody. The entire staff at Smart Auto will treat you like you’re really a valued customer, especially Ceasar in repairs and Todd in management. They will take care of your car when it breaks down and finance your payments at a reasonable mechanic price, and this is the kind of company that you want. This is my experience and I am speaking for myself. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and Smart Auto already helped me a few times. My job is possibly a week away from shutting down again in Nevada and my car is being worked on as we speak - several major issues and they are trying to have my car ready at the soonest time they can. You may think a high interest loan on a car is bad especially when you really need a car, but then the outstanding service you receive if and when it breaks down will make you appreciate every dime you spend on your car. Take care of your car and It will take care of you too. If you do not pay your bills or come up with excuses to do so, which probably explains the bad reviews, you are still most likely receiving service which is better than you deserve. Bottom line: I recommend this place if you got a couple bucks and looking for a car quick and a place that’ll take care of you. An overall great investment which I am glad I made. Thank you guys.

I LOVE this dealership , they treat you like family from the time you walk in the door . The sale process is very easy and the sales team is wonderful. Finance is great when I call in to make my payment they do not rush me off the phone and always ask me how my day is going . Service is great and love to help the customer and give the best advice on vehicle maintenance

This is the worst car company I have ever been with they do not take care of their customers I explain to Marissa that I was having a newborn and need a good reliable car I have had my car for a very short time and have been having multiple issue with the vehicle. I had my newborn in the car on the freeway and my whole car shut off not only did they put my newborn at risk but they also are liars and could of cost us our lifes.

Very thankful for this car lot and the salesmen who dedicate their time to customers. They really went above and beyond; they placed me in a very beautiful vehicle. Its never a "No" with them nor is it a "braking your pockets" car lot. They are very genuine and will do all they can to make sure its within your budget with amazing customer service.
