Lines move fast! Nice staff, short Covid hours, only open 2 hours per day! 2-4 pm security and all the case workers are very friendly! Same day good stamp cards, walk out with your replacement card in your hands. Must have a mask, all form are available on line or outside the doors, night drop box!

Nevada welfare they never answer the phone you're on for hours the last time I tried to straighten out something with my benefits 3 hours no answer on hold and the funny thing is I've lived in state of Nevada since 1991 they sent me a piece of paper canceling all my benefits saying that I do not live in the state of Nevada I am not a resident in the state of Nevada! Can you believe that severely handicapped! From a stroke I guess I'll just be hungry and homeless thank you state welfare

Cannot get through the phone with any worker. Been waiting for anybody to answer after 3-HOURS, still No answer. Everyday I call and thr same thing, waiting for Hours and Hours on the phone with Nobody answering the phone. Is there a way this office can call people back if they are this BUSY???

Only serving the public for 2 hours, 2pm to 4pm for EBT. However, they are quick. Probably because fewer people due to modified hours.
