Wow!! The absolute best hot pot experience of my life. Let’s talk about the hot pot bases. We had the spicy beef and the collagen chicken. Both were sensational. The spicy beef flavour was amazing and the perfect level of heat to compliment, and the collagen chicken was one of the most interesting and decadent flavours I’ve ever had. Together they provided a fantastic combination, and it was nice to have the chicken options for some heat relief! The off menu specials were sensational, super exciting options! We had fresh Australian rock lobster we had was beyond amazing. The regular menu was equally exciting, and the wagyu selections were phenomenal. Our waiter was knowledgeable, informative, and really helpful when it came to recommendations. He service was on point, perfect table touching and great conversation. Can’t wait to be in Vegas again so we can go back!

This is my one of the most High-end dinner experiences I have ever seen. Gourmet food, friendly stuff with great service, it's a little bit pricey, but that's what you expect from a high-class restaurant. We had the collagen chicken soup base; Cocktails were pretty and yummy too! This is not a typical Hot pot place. The ingredient's quality is excellent. Highly Recommended.

My wife took me here for my birthday and it did not disappoint! Service was excellent throughout the dinner. We ordered the Chefs Tasting menu. Everything was visually appealing and taste even better than it looked. Since we were there for my birthday they brought us sparkling wine and a dog shaped mousse. I highly recommend this restaurant and would go there again.

Great food! Great presentation. One of the nets hot pot I've had. Definitely coming back once I'm in Vegas again. The meat is soft. I highly reccomend the lobster soup base. We got the tasing menu and it was so much food. Our server was amazing!

Excellent food, ambiance, and pretty good price to portion ratio as well. We went as 2 and it was more than enough for the both of us. The service was fantastic as well, they knew Chinese like us and had a great time talking. The girl gave good recommendations and always made sure we were enjoying our time. The food was presented in stunning fashion, the money was worth the pictures and taste, Definitely will come back next time were in Vegas!

Coming from a Chinese background and hotpot being my favorite food, this place is hands down the best hotpot place ever!! Highly highly recommend if you visit Vegas. I stayed in Vegas for 4 nights and visited the restaurant twice, that's how much I loved this place! Owner and servers are all very nice and well trained. Everything was so good I can't even choose my favorite dish. I tried the omakase menu and highly recommend!! Also all servers were wearing masks so it's definitely safe.

X pot is the ultimate luxury hot pot experience with high quality food and amazing service. I don’t know of anywhere else in the USA where you can get an experience like this. The mood is romantic, the cocktails are beautiful and tasty and of course the food is fresh, quality and also just gorgeous. We came for soft opening and couldn’t wait to come back. Both times, our servers were very professional and did a great job recommending side orders to our tasting menu. The chicken and lobster soups are our favorite. One of the best parts is that after the meal, you don’t feel like extreme heaviness and thirst like you normally would after eating hot pot... it really says something about the quality and freshness of the food and ingredients :) I can’t wait to check out their happy hour. Lovely addition to Palazzo. Looking forward to future visits! Make a reservation online.
