Since the store sold it has gone down hill from a customer service standpoint. The new owner does not do anything in the hobby except sell product. He doesn't fly, drive, float or enjoy the hobby in any way. He has no passion for the hobby except to make him money! The guys that work in there are nice enough but have their hands tied by the owner so they cannot do the things they want to take care of customers. They have a nice selection of product but I will not give them any of my business because of the new ownership... Sad to see this happen to what used to be such a nice local shop!

Really nice people. Just been to buy some bits and bobs plus a small quad copter. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Will definitely pay them another visit next time that I am in town.

WOW! Walked in on Tuesday, looked like Nice Twice after a bomb went off in there. The place was in complete disarray, made me a little sad to see it.

Now owned by Dragon Hobby. Store is in total disarray with inventory not categorized properly. Finding a particular item like looking for a needle in the proverbial haystack. Workers in the store English skills leave a lot to be desired. Don't know a wheel collar from a compression spring in English. Don't know how they could possibly survive in this kind of business without grasping the English language comprehensively.
