I came in to Vegas Vacuum and Sewing a few days ago, simply to look for a part to my 5 year old Hoover bagless that I ever so loved. After speaking with Steve AKA \The Vacuum Man\ I decided to give up on my Hoover and adopt a new family member, Zippy the SIMPLY Vacuum. Steve was ever so accommodating - from how I was going to pay to putting the vacuum together for me, taking it out to my car - showing me about the attachments and even others that I would need. He explained that I was actually just moving dust around with my old Hoover... and WOW was he right... the carpet in the hallway(pic below) was so walked on and treaded down that it was absolutely flat. ONLY ONE, Simply ;-) ONE run of Zippy the SIMPLY Vacuum and our carpet looks and feels the way it did when it was first installed. I am so so so happy with this new family member. And after all of my raving, my mother is planning on trading in her Shark for a SIMPLY. So BIG shout out to Steve \The Vacuum Man\ - this guy will set you up with exactly what you need. Thank you again Steve!!!!

Nice and friendly, so I would recommend based on \customer service\ however, I paid 89 for my computerized sewing machine to be serviced and for the cutter to be replaced. Got my machine back and was told that they couldn't replace the cutter because they didn't have a part. Well, I ordered the part off of Amazon for another 8 (and it's simply snipping off a piece of a \snap off\ blade - the kind that is on a small box cutter). I then had to find the YouTube video and spend over an hour trying to figure out how to open my expensive sewing machine and replace the blade myself. Thankfully, I was able to get it done, but seriously? My machine is less than a year old. I took it in specifically for the blade and figured with how much I use it, a \tune-up\ would be a good idea to keep it running in good condition. Especially considering it was a costly investment. So, what did I pay 89 for? Honestly, I will probably not be going back for machine service. I have 2 sewing machines, 2 embroidery machines and a serger. So I have plenty of machines that will be needing service. I came here because it was local and convenient. Now, I will have to go out of my way because they were not able to perform a simple (to them) blade replacement. I did it myself. Thank goodness for YouTube and YouTubers who share their knowledge.

My family and I had a good experience. The owner sold us a brand new vacuum and was very knowledgable about what we should buy. He also didn't over charge us like other businesses after we looked up what the average price for the vacuum was.

This place is advertised as a vacuum repair shop right? It’s in the name of the business itself. My husband went in for advice and assistance and this place basically snubbed him for having a Hoover vacuum. Was told that he needed to step up his cleaning game up in front of other customers in the store. This is not customer service etiquette 101! First of all a vacuum is a vacuum. You do not I repeat do not have to diss and dismiss anyone for having a certain brand when you are advertising to be a vacuum repair shop. If you only work with certain types maybe change your business name to fit your targeted audience. Also as a business there was a potential up sale there which was missed due to being self absorbed in a sales pitch to other people. This person was very disrespectful not only in front of other customers but in the presence of children. Felt they were being prejudice over a Hoover vacuum due to it being a “department store vacuum that’s sells apples and bananas”. 0 stars if it was an option

I owned a Sebo canister vacuum which is rated as one of the best in the industry. The problem is that you are always pulling a machine around behind yourself, and it flips over, I walked into Vegas Vacuum and Steve understood the problem and quickly recommended a Simplicity vacuum with a pet brush for the furniture, I was very pleased with the deal on trade in and happy with the price of the upright. When I took it home and started to clean I noticed right away how much easier the new machine was to maneuver and the suction was twice that of the Sebo.If you are a clean freak like me, Do yourself a favor and try the Simplicity. He also showed me a steamer for the tile and laminate. We have a light grout and it shows dirt in the traffic areas. I spent an hour going over it and it made an incredible difference. Steve, you are the man. Thanks.
