I had an easy and seamless experience. I spoke to Denise and she was able to provide me with everything I needed. The store was clean and organized. I had an interesting chat with a charming woman who had short blonde hair. I'm not going to lie the lines were a bit confusing but every store is like that now plus it's Christmas time, it wasn't bad enough to deduct a star in my opinion. Thank you ladies for your help, happy holidays and wishing abundance of health to you and your families.

Amazing store and staff! I’m sometimes hesitant to shop at this brand because of the store atmosphere, this location blew me away. Denise is a genuine sweet heart! She’s so knowledgeable of the product, industry standards, and just about anything else you could want to know! Carrie is also a total super star! Her service and personality A It was so much fun shopping with her. I can’t wait to find another excuse to stop in to the store!

Be careful using gift cards for curbside orders. If they do not have the item, they will cancel the item, and the gift card will disappear into the ether. Then, you can wait on hold for 35 minutes to explain what happened. Then, you'll get an investigation done for 10 more minutes, while you're on hold. Then, you'll be told to wait for the gift card to be mailed to you by snail mail, and it should arrive in a week. You'll be provided the equivalent value they lost. Nothing digital. Nothing you can apply to a gift purchase at the time you were buying. That's the best they can do. Hopefully you'll get a better rep than I did, who was borderline rude. In store staff does the best they can under the circumstances, but the policy and the way this was handled by the call center was beyond frustrating.
