These guys are great. I needed an obscure part that is no longer available from the manufacturer. I sent an email with a picture and brief description of it. I dropped it off, it was 3D scanned, and a copy of the file was sent to me in a couple days. I had them run a couple to ensure it worked as planned. I gave them the go ahead, went on vacation, and when I got back they were ready to go. There was no BS. Quick responses to emails, and reasonable and transparent pricing. As a one man operation, time is something I do not have for things like this and it was great to have them complete this for me! Its already paid for itself!

Let's start here, anything related to computers or printers is frustrating to me. However, I work remotely, full-time; my equipment must always be in excellent working order and I have to maintain it. That leads me to Laser Concepts. My expensive Brother MFC printer was spitting out pages with ghost marks in the background of every page. Literally unusable documents. I Google-searched for a repair company and selected Laser Concepts because they are an authorized repair service for Brother. That was late Monday afternoon. By Tuesday at noon, a tech was at my home, assessed the problem to be faulty toner cartridges, not some expensive part. Understand, I know nothing about the machine. He could have told me I need a new drum unit or a fuser unit or both. My trouble-shooting online mentioned both of these parts. I paid a reasonable service fee, called Matt Yosha, the sales manager. He filled the order over the phone and first thing Wednesday morning I will have my new, refurbished and guaranteed cartridges delivered to my home, shipped free. I added a case of paper which I also needed. Bottom line, this is an efficient, friendly company. Their prices are very reasonable, the service techs are knowledgable and honest. Best of all, no up-selling on the phone. I will exclusively work with Laser Concepts.
