Great service and lots of fun for my son's 11th birthday. Loved where it was in a great small forest in the Colony. I would highly recommend for a fun outside birthday that gets kids back to nature in a fun way. Even my 7 yr old daughter loved it and had a great time.

This place is not family friendly. As I am a father now I can honestly say I would never let my kids be exposed to the adults that run this place. I lived in the area surrounding the baseball fields and laser tag site since I was a baby. The land that the laser tag is now on used to be a frisbee golf course a long time ago but after years went by the city neglected it and the area became a place for recreational activities such as mountain biking, walking your dog, riding 4 wheelers or just hiking the numerous trails that it offered. People in the area had been frequently using the area for just that for almost 2 decades and then one day the city decided to lease the area out to the laser tag dfw. No harm no foul right? Well it would seem that way but to all the people that lived in the surrounding area that did not know had many terrible interactions with these immature adults. A couple of my neighbors were physically assaulted and had to call the cops on them. I was 16 at the time and they tried to assault me and once the police were involved they're whole attitude changed. Now that I'm a 32yr old parent of 2 I can honestly say I would never take my kids here. For 1 that area is infested with water moccasins, for 2 the people who run that organization are violent, passive aggressive, and do not understand patience. If you do more research and ask around the community I will garuntee you'll find a rap sheet of bad behavior following them. So if you value who influences your kids and care about the kind of things they witness please look elsewhere for a fun time.
They offer a unique, professional service for those looking to have an extended laser tag gaming experience. They had flexible scheduling, good communication, equipment and facilitation. Our group had a blast.
All I can say is I am so happy I went with Laser Tag DFW for our event. We hosted a large event for 300 teens from all around Texas and Robin and her team created a fantastic experience that was fast paced, fun, and flexible. We had anywhere from 3-20 people playing at a time, with ages from 5 to 45 and everyone had a great time. I've worked with several laser tag companies and locations in the past, and this is by far the best. From equipment, to customer service, and their great attitudes. 5 stars!
Took my son and all of his friends to this site for my sons birthday, and boy did we have a blast (no pun intended). We all enjoyed the different obstacles and games, like free for all, team slayer and so on. The employees are all cheerful and in a good mood which definitely adds to the substance of the environment. My son wants me to take him back again sometime soon, which I will because I even had a bunch of fun.
