Very happy with the quality of their hair! Natural grey hair is extremely hard to find, so I was very happy when I saw that they had it. I get so many compliments on how well the hair matches my salt and pepper hair! I will definitely be ordering from them soon. I have had the hair in for 2 months and it is holding up well.
Hello Last September I drove to Ypsilanti from the west side of the state to Salon Labs. I have been doing my own extensions for a very long time, at least 20 years. Anyway the customer service was excellent the hair is awesome and holds up. Just today I replaced my extensions from the ones I had last September. The only reason I did is because I wanted it longer. I have used several products on the extensions including dyes shampoos conditioners and it’s held up it was still soft and shiny after all of that time. The hair IS human and does not require special shampoos like ones that don’t have sulphates in them. The most heat I used was a blow dryer and I touched the ends with a curling iron. This hair works for me well because I like it long and wild I don’t straighten it or curl it much. If I really wanted it curly I would use sponge rollers. Anyway I could not recommend this product more as I said this really is human hair and not some fabrication. And again the customer service is awesome. I just reordered what I received in the mail today that’s how impressed I am. RC Field
